Biography

Jenny is one of our Associate Headache Clinicians at the Brisbane Headache and Migraine Clinic (Sunnybank Clinic).

Jenny completed a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Physiotherapy) with Honours, from the University of Sydney. Jenny has a history of migraines herself, and therefore understands the extent to which it can affect a person’s life. She strives to help her clients return to their leisure, work or daily activities, pain-free.

Jenny loves the opportunity to further her knowledge and has attended various lectures and courses to improve her skills and further her knowledge.

Credibility

Jenny has completed a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Physiotherapy) (Honours) from the University of Sydney.

She has experience working in various settings including hospital and outpatient services, gyms, private practices and medical centres. With these experiences, she has grown a greater interest in headaches and vestibular conditions, and appreciates the significant impact clinicians can have on those with headaches, migraines or vestibular disorders.

Philosophy

As a clinician, Jenny appreciates that all her clients are different. She focuses on using her listening and problem solving skills to get to the bottom of why you may be experiencing headaches or migraines. She does this by undertaking a thorough assessment to truly understand you, your symptoms, and your life.

Jenny will help you with both her hands-on treatment, as well as advice, education and self-management techniques. This aims to ensure long-term relief from headaches.

Jenny enjoys staying active and trying to incorporate physical activity into her day. When she isn’t working, you can find Jenny on a hike, learning a new skill, drawing or painting, or trying a new recipe (with variable success, but still a lot of laughs).
