Biography

In Young is one of our administrators whom you will primarily see at our Sunnybank Hills clinic. Her friendly nature is a crucial element of our admin team.

In Young came to Brisbane in 2009 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours), and has aspirations of becoming an allied health practitioner in the future. Some of her best traits are her easy-going personality, and a determination to learn.

Experience

In Young has worked in the customer service domain for 2 years. With 10 months of health administration under her belt, In Young is passionate about providing high quality service, making customers and patients feel as safe and welcome as possible when they first enter the clinic.

Currently, In Young is studying a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours) at the University of Queensland, which assist her in the everyday tasks at the Brisbane Headache and Migraine Clinic.

Role

As an administrator, it is In Young’s job to make sure that you feel welcome and safe as soon as you enter the doors of the clinic.

She will always greet you with a smile and a wave, and make sure that the clinic runs smoothly at the front, through taking phone calls, booking and checking in appointments, as well as other admin and reception duties.

In Young is very passionate about musical theatre, and aspires to watch some of her favourite musicals on Broadway someday!

In her down time, she enjoys watching movies on a rainy day with her cat, or enjoying board games with her friends and family.
