Education

At the Brisbane Headache & Migraine Clinic we are focussed on giving you the most up-to-date information and research on headaches and migraines. We believe, that to provide the best service that we have to constantly be updating our knowledge to pass on to our patients.

The treatment and management of headaches and migraines continues to evolve every year. New forms of medications, devices, treatments methods, and even surgical interventions continue to be released every year. The information is so varied, leading to the many different treatment options that you might have tried already. It can be a headache to keep on top of all the new information.

Let us do all the hard work so that we can give you the latest information. This page is designed to keep you up to date on what is new, what is working, and what may not be working for those with headaches and migraines.
Your headache clinician might have asked you to click on the ‘headache’ link, to progress your treatment.

Following that link will teach you more about your posture, how to sleep better, as well as a few exercises that will help to enhance your treatment.

We also try to summarise the most current research in easy-to-read blogs, so that you can stay up-to-date without having to read huge amounts of scientific research!

On our Facebook page, we regularly will post interesting headache & migraine facts, as well as links to articles and research that might interest you. Follow our page to stay up-to-date with all of this, plus all of our clinic news.
