Bertrand Doeuk
Director
Bertrand has been titled as “Certified Practitioner” by two internationally recognised manual therapy institutions: Mulligan Concepts and Watson Headache® institute. With these added manual therapy skills, he has been able to help countless patients recover from all forms of acute and chronic headache and migraine conditions.
Mattias McAndrew
Head Clinician
With a background of exercise prescription, Mattias has also completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (honours) through the University of Queensland, one of the leading schools of physiotherapy in the world. Post graduation, Mattias has continued study to become formally recognised as a trained Watson Headache® practitioner, a trained Mulligan Concepts Practitioner and is also trained in dry needling and Western Acupuncture.
Douglas Woo
Senior Clinician
Douglas is one of our senior clinicians at Brisbane Headache and Migraine Clinic.
Doug completed the Doctor of Physiotherapy program at Bond University and studied a Bachelor of Science Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. During his career, Douglas has worked with a variety of patients, including neurological patients, which piqued his interest in headache disorders.
Doug employs his compassion and dedication to develop the best possible treatment outcomes for individuals to achieve their goals. Douglas will utilise his knowledge in headache treatment, biomechanics, and neurological rehab to adapt every plan for the optimal outcome.
Bryan Wong
Associate Clinician
Bryan is one of our associate clinicians at Brisbane Headache and Migraine Clinic.
Bryan holds a four-year Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Queensland, which has provided him with a solid foundation to master clinical knowledge and skills.
With abundance of clinical practice in major hospitals, as well as community settings, Bryan has gained extensive hands-on experience. He has successfully worked with patients from diverse backgrounds and with various conditions, further enhancing his ability to deliver effective and empathetic care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Kevin Go

Kevin is one of our associate clinicians at The Brisbane Headache and Migraine Clinic™. In the pursuit of excellence, Kevin is driven by a deep passion for treating all forms of headaches and migraines ensuring exceptional standard of care for all patients.
Kevin’s commitment to self-improvement drives him to become an exceptional clinician, continuously incorporating the latest research and deepening his understanding of the complexities behind various conditions.
Kylie Stephenson
Business Operations Manager
Meet Kylie, our inspirational Business Operations Manager. Kylie possesses a combination of creative and analytical skills; striving to positively impact the experience of our patients who visit our clinics.
Kylie has a Bachelor in Biomedical Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications. She spent over 20 years as a medical scientist before crossing over to the digital world as an IT solutions specialist, and finally joining us at BHMC. With her skills in change management and customer service, joining the administration team was a natural fit.
Jennifer Mihalcea
Practice Manager
Jennifer is our Practice Manager for the Brisbane Headache and Migraine Clinics – both Sunnybank Hills and Spring Hill!
With a 5 year background in medical management, Jennifer has a great attitude and the perfect combination of skills and personality to manage our practices and lead the team to achieve the highest standard of patient care.
Jennifer hopes to continue to boost our clinic’s positive and supportive environment and ensure patient satisfaction with each interaction.
Maiya Lloyd
Administration Coordinator
Maiya is one of our friendly administrators, who takes care of our Sunnybank Hills clinic most days of the week.
Maiya is an asset to our team, bringing determination, dedication, as well as her amazing sense of humour to the table. She never fails to connect with our clients, and share a laugh or two with them. Maiya provides a great first impression of our clinic.
She prides herself on providing the best customer experience she can, to anyone who attends our clinic.
Cinthia Silva

Cinthia is one of our wonderful administrators. Cinthia has extensive experience working with people and loves to have a chat.
She prides herself in her ability to greet patients and give them the best experience possible. With experience in Human Resources, Cinthia knows exactly how to make her workmates and patients feel right at home. Cinthia has a degree in Business and is currently studying Project Management.
Jaide Rynne

Jaide is one of our many wonderful administrators. Known for being personable and caring, she will make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the clinic.
Like many of the reception staff, Jaide is currently studying physiotherapy at the University of Queensland. She is expected to graduate in 2025 and hopes to pursue a career in pediatric physiotherapy.
In Young Choung

In Young is one of our administrators whom you will primarily see at our Sunnybank Hills clinic.
In Young came to Brisbane in 2009 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours), and has aspirations of becoming an allied health practitioner in the future.
Some of her best traits are her easy-going personality, and a determination to learn.
Tracey Ly

Tracey is one of our wonderful administration staff, who kindly greets everyone who walks through the doors of our clinic with a big smile.
Like many of our admin staff, Tracey is currently studying Physiotherapy and brings a keen interest into healthcare and meeting the needs of our patients. This insight equips her to answer questions from members of the public and find how we can best serve them.
