Holly Davies brings warmth, energy, and over seven years of customer service experience to the BHMC front desk.

Since relocating from Townsville to Brisbane in 2010, she has become known for her approachable nature and ability to make every patient feel genuinely welcome and supported.

With a background in healthcare support services and extensive reception experience, Holly is skilled in managing patient interactions with professionalism and care.

Her training in Health Assistant Services (Cert II and III) complements her hands-on experience, giving her a strong foundation in both clinical support and customer-focused environments.

At BHMC, Holly is the first point of contact for patients, where her compassionate demeanour and attentive approach ensure every individual is met with kindness and efficiency.
