Bertrand Doeuk
Director
Bertrand’s clinical excellence is demonstrated through his designation as a “Certified Practitioner” of the Watson Headache® Approach. Having successfully completed the advanced Level 4 certification, he is acknowledged as a level 4 Clinical Facilitator by Dr Dean Watson as a Certified Watson Headache® Practitioner.
Mattias McAndrew
Head Clinician
With a background of exercise prescription, Mattias has also completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (honours) through the University of Queensland, one of the leading schools of physiotherapy in the world. Post graduation, Mattias has continued study to become formally recognised as a trained Watson Headache® practitioner, a trained Mulligan Concepts Practitioner and is also trained in dry needling and Western Acupuncture.
Douglas Woo
Senior Clinician
Doug completed the Doctor of Physiotherapy program at Bond University and studied a Bachelor of Science Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. During his career, Douglas has worked with a variety of patients, including neurological patients, which piqued his interest in headache disorders.
Doug employs his compassion and dedication to develop the best possible treatment outcomes for individuals to achieve their goals. Douglas will utilise his knowledge in headache treatment, biomechanics, and neurological rehab to adapt every plan for the optimal outcome.
Bryan Wong
Associate Clinician
Bryan holds a four-year Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Queensland, which has provided him with a solid foundation to master clinical knowledge and skills.
With abundance of clinical practice in major hospitals, as well as community settings, Bryan has gained extensive hands-on experience. He has successfully worked with patients from diverse backgrounds and with various conditions, further enhancing his ability to deliver effective and empathetic care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Kevin’s commitment to self-improvement drives him to become an exceptional clinician, continuously incorporating the latest research and deepening his understanding of the complexities behind various conditions.
Kylie Lyman
Business Operations Manager
Kylie has a Bachelor in Biomedical Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications. She spent over 20 years as a medical scientist before crossing over to the digital world as an IT solutions specialist, and finally joining us at Australian Headache and Migraine Clinics. With her skills in change management and customer service, joining the administration team was a natural fit.
Tanita Emsley
Practice Manager
Tanita is the Practice Manager for our Brisbane clinics, bringing over 10 years’ experience in healthcare management and a strong people-first approach to supporting both patients and clinical teams.
She’s passionate about building collaborative, well-run clinics and brings a calm, organised, and caring style to everything she does — at work and beyond.
Jaide Rynne

Like many of the reception staff, Jaide is currently studying physiotherapy at the University of Queensland. She is expected to graduate in 2025 and hopes to pursue a career in pediatric physiotherapy.
In Young Choung
First Impression
In Young came to Brisbane in 2009 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours), and has aspirations of becoming an allied health practitioner in the future.
Some of her best traits are her easy-going personality, and a determination to learn.

Outside of work, her passion for the arts, music, and language enriches her role, ensuring that every patient experiences a warm, welcoming, and seamless interaction.
