Biography

Rebecca is one of our wonderful administrators, who may greet you as you attend our clinics in person.
Rebecca brings a wealth of experience in customer service to the team. She will always give you a genuine welcome and make you feel comfortable.
You can expect that Rebecca will strive to meet you every need while visiting us; if you have any questions, she will be there for you.

Experience

Rebecca possesses a diverse background in customer service, bringing over 17 years of experience to the team.
Prior to joining us, Rebecca worked in several fields, including department stores, retail and pharmacy.
She brings what she has learned from these various industries to our team.

Roles

In day to day operations, Rebecca plays a crucial role, managing clients and clinicians to coordinate a smooth service. She is responsible for health records, communications with other parties and other operational duties, and is a very welcome addition to Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia.

Fun Facts About Rebecca

Outside of work, Rebecca is also a dedicated mother and spouse. Like all mothers she spends a lot of time teaching and caring for her three children and on weekends, she is often found taking the kids to sport.
Rebecca’s hobbies include outdoor and lunar photography, reading, music and spending time with her kids. Rebecca also enjoys the simple things, such as a good bubble tea or her guilty pleasure, a nice bit of chocolate!
